Bailey was the most competent realtor I have ever worked with. I live in NC and my brother in CO and we were selling our family home. We met with her personally in October 2019 and she lead us, long difference, every step of the way. Our house went on the market the second week of March, just before the nation was hit with the lockdown. Through it all, she was present, available and on the ball the whole time. She found people who could make small repairs for us, landscaping, even did a list of things on her own, keeping us updated by phone, text and email. With all barriers she faced, our home sold and closed the second week of May. She was amazing and we are thankful for every minute of her time working with us.
