Bailey has roots in the in the Salinas Valley born into a produce family with her grandfather running a large produce brokerage and her Dad in farming. Following in her family’s footsteps, she earned a degree in Agriculture Business from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Initially working in produce sales until transitioning to Operations Manager for Tesla, Bailey has mastered customer service, problem solving, project management, adaptability and making the impossible happen! With her heart and entrepreneurial spirit beckoning, Bailey returned home to the Monterey Peninsula to pursue a career in Real Estate. Growing up with her Mom in the Mortgage business, she always loved the fast pace and the constant learning opportunities in an ever-evolving real estate industry.
Bailey is passionate about supporting people in finding their dream home and provides the utmost customer service ensuring her clients are comfortable every step of the way.
Bailey is also proud to be an active hands-on volunteer for CASA of Monterey County earnestly and passionately advocating for foster children.
